In order to respect both my time and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late (with no communication) may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee. Failure to comply with this policy may require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment for future bookings. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
